No one in the world can make French fries like we Belgians do. Making good fries is an age-old craft. A noble science! To maintain its gastronomic pole position, Belgium has a team of researchers who are constantly developing better fries, thanks to constant innovation.

No research question is thereby avoided. For example: how can we bridge the distance between fries and mouth as quickly as possible? How do you bring a maximum volume of fries, in the minimum possible time to the largest possible number of mouths? For the connoisseurs, summarized in this formula: : (x + a) ^ n = ∑24_ (k = 0) ^ n = 〖(n¦k) x ^ k a ^ (n-k)〗).

After years of research, they are now launching a prototype of the solution for the first time: Het Frietkanon.
